Pizza, Prosecco & Cake.
The Cloud9 shops in The Lanes, York Place and Kensington Gardens (just round the corner from Red7 HQ in Brighton) offer every flavour you can imagine from Oreo to yummy Banoffee and Cloud 9’s amazing Rainbow Cake is truly the original.
If your group are passionate foodies, then you can do activities here such as making your own ice-cream sundae, or cupcake icing.
And if you’re on a bit of a budget, then in the evening, you can even bring your own Prosecco (or wine or beer) to Cloud 9 where the staff will order you in Brighton’s best pizza. Cake and ice cream is on the menu for dessert, obviously.
“It works really well for groups who might be in a rush on a particular night or perhaps want to to save restaurant costs – and with Red7 – we’ll order you in a Butler in the Buff too, if you want!” says Hannah.
A farewell coffee and cake session also works well for groups. “It’s great for groups on their last day in Brighton, once they’ve checked out of their hotel or party pad and want somewhere to go and recover a bit more over coffee and cake before heading home,” says Hannah.
Hen Cake Trends for 2018
Hen (or Stag or Sten) celebration cakes can be ordered from Cloud 9 via Red7 and you can collect or have the creation delivered to your hotel or accomodation.
So, what sort of Hen celebration cake should you order this season?
As far as Hen cake trends go for 2018, anything goes as long as it’s gorgeous, “but it has to have a wow factor,” says Hannah.
“Hens are increasingly going for really special cakes this year.”
From naked cakes to semi-naked cakes, (partially frosted) to slathered in buttercream and covered in multi-coloured sprinkles, Cloud 9 can bespoke make almost anything you want.
“We’re very flexible, you just need to ask and if we can do it, we will,” says Hannah.
Flavour-wise, “personally I don’t think you can beat a good chocolate cake,” says Hannah. “People are crazy for our Oreo Cookie cake as well.” Other flavours on the Cloud 9 cake menu include Caramel, Caramel Apple, Carrot & Walnut, Amaretti, Banoffee, After Eight, Lemon Curd, Ginger Nut and Mocha. I mean, c’mon. What’s not to like?
